Description
End Mills are solid shank milling tools designed to use side
cutting flute edges to machine most materials. There are two
cutting styles. Non-center cutting (side cutting only) and center
cutting (side and end plunge cutting). End mills listed here are to
be considered center cutting except where non-center cutting is
indicated.
The ends come in many shapes depending on the type of plunge/center
cut or side/contouring cut needed. Available with two flutes, three
flutes, four flutes, six flutes and even eight flutes for cutting.
More flutes reduces chip load and can improve the surface finish.
End mills may have cutting surfaces on one (single end) or both
ends (double end). There are a variety of flute lengths and overall
lengths including stub length, regular length, long flute, long
length, extra long flute, and extended length.
Specifications:
HSS550 high-performance high-speed steel milling cutter is made of
M42 material, with low vanadium content (around 1%) and high cobalt
content (≤8%). High speed steel milling cutter with cobalt content
is commonly used for cutting materials which is hard to cut.
Especially suitable for ordinary medium and low carbon steel, alloy
steel and other materials processing.

6. How to deal with the cutters under verified?
These under verified cutters are all scraped.
7. I only have the drawings of work pieces? can you design cutters
for me?
Yes, of course, show me work piece drawing, I will show you
cutters’ drawing.
9. How long can you deliver goods?
If we have stock, goods will be shipped by next day, if not in
stock, 7-35 days.
10. Can I choose the color of plastic pipe?
